| The ATC-UV Roll-to-Roll coating machines are designed for precision UV, roll-to-roll, Mayer bar coating of rolls up to 8" diameter. Available in 63 or 80" widths, with a coating speed from 10 ft. to 25 ft. (3m to 8m) per minute. Measured coating thickness, 0.3 mills on up, is selected by using different size Mayer bars. PLC Touch Screen controls and monitors the process for ease of operation. The ATC-RTR machines cater to fleet graphics, wall paper and other roll-to-roll jobs. |
